1. Customer Support

Our usual response time is 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During product launches, holidays, high-volume periods, or unexpected operational delays, response times may be slightly longer.
2. Order Support
If you are contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number so we can assist you more quickly.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The name or email address used when placing the order
- A brief description of your question or issue
- Photos, if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the outer shipping box
- Photos of the inner packaging materials
- A description of the issue
Please keep the product and all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.
We may need this information to verify the issue and determine the best solution, such as replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

4. Shipping Questions
For questions about shipping, tracking, delivery, customs, or address issues, please contact us with your order number and tracking number, if available.
Please note that once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and local delivery network.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

If you are new to rock oolong, feel free to tell us what kind of tea you usually enjoy, such as floral, roasted, smooth, bold, or aromatic styles. We’ll do our best to help you choose a tea that fits your taste.
